Abstract:
A mobile station, which uses a radio resource to perform audio communication, comprises
a determining part that determines whether an input packet is in a silent state;
a message generating part that generates a resource opening request when the
determining part determines that the input packet is in the silent state; and
a transmitting part that transmits the resource opening request to a radio base
station.
