Abstract:
Provided are a radio wave-reflecting plate and a phased array antenna which have high product reliability. The radio wave-reflecting plate is equipped with a first substrate, a second substrate, a sealing material, a liquid crystal layer and a first transfer. The first substrate has a plurality of patch electrodes and a first power supply pad. The second substrate has a common electrode and a first power-receiving pad which is electrically connected to the common electrode. The first transfer contacts the first power supply pad and the first power-receiving pad. The first power supply pad uppermost layer which contacts the first transfer is formed from a transparent conductive material. The first power-receiving pad is formed from a transparent conductive material.
