Abstract:
The present invention provides "a complex of a chelating agent in which a radionuclide has been chelated and an antibody which has been deglycosylated, wherein the chelating agent site-specifically modifies an Fc region of the antibody via a linker." In the complex, a reduction in efficacy and the risk of side effects are ameliorated.
