Title:
RADIOGRAPH DETECTION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/015266
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the present invention, the control contents of a radiograph detection device are switched in a manner so as to become appropriate in accordance with the possibility of communication with a radiation generation device. An x-ray image detection device (21) has: an FPD (36) that detects an x-ray image by means of pixels arrayed in a plurality of matrices; and a short circuit pixel that, in the FPD (36), detects the amount of x-ray irradiation. The x-ray image detection device (21) has a mode switching unit that switches between: a first operation mode that is selected in the case of use in combination with a communication-capable x-ray generation device (11), and that, on the basis of the detection signal of the short circuit pixel, performs exposure control that controls the overall amount of x-ray irradiation; and a second operation mode that is selected in the case of use in combination with a communication-incapable x-ray generation device (11), and that, on the basis of the detection signal of the short circuit pixel, performs starting synchronization control that synchronizes the operation of the FPD (36) to the timing of the start of x-ray irradiation by the x-ray generation device (11).
