Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to control the manner in which feedthrough noise is generated. A cassette control unit (69) monitors the output value (FTN detection) of a charge amplifier (75) while offsetting the gate on/off timing during resetting, and, on the basis of the result of monitoring, controls a gate line driver (71) and adjusts the gate on/off timing or the gate on voltage or other energy of a thin-film transistor (72). At this time, the gate voltage is controlled when the on/off state of the gate voltage is changed gradually or in stepwise fashion by a power supply circuit (81) for adjusting the gate voltage.
