Abstract:
[Problem] To prevent a radiation source that is retained in a pivotable arm section of a radiographic imaging device from coming into contact with a subject being imaged. [Solution] Provided is a radiographic imaging device comprising a leg section (10) that can travel by way of a wheel section (13), a body section (30) that is retained above the leg section (10), an arm section (50) that is connected to the body section (30) and can project further up than the body section (30), and a radiation source (70) that is mounted on the arm section (50), wherein the arm section (50) comprises a expandable and retractable body side section (52, 55) that is connected to the body section (30), and a radiation source side section (53) on which the radiation source (70) is mounted. The radiation source side section (53) can pivot in the direction which changes the angle formed with the body side section (52, 55). In addition, a pivot regulating means (51) for precluding the aforementioned pivoting in situations when the body side section (52, 55) is shorter than a predetermined length is provided.
