Provided are a radiographic imaging system capable of reducing the load on an examination subject during contrast radiography, a control device, a control method, and a control program, said radiographic imaging system comprising: an irradiation instruction device that outputs irradiation instruction signals corresponding to user operations; a mammography device that performs contrast radiography in which a breast having had a contrast agent administered thereto is compressed by a compression plate and first imaging and second imaging are performed in succession, said first imaging irradiating radiation R, having a first energy in accordance with an irradiation instruction signal, from a radiation source on to the breast and generating a first radiation image by a radiation detector and said second imaging irradiating radiation R, having a second energy different from the first energy, on to the breast and generating a second radiation image by the radiation detector; and a console that performs control whereby information indicating a predetermined warning is displayed on a display unit if, after starting the first imaging, irradiation instruction signals stop before the second imaging has been completed.
