Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to reliably alleviate feed-through noise, with consideration given to characteristic misalignment and dynamic change of actual elements. While varying gate on-off timing at reset time, a cartridge control unit (69) monitors an output value (FTN detection) of a charge amp (75), and on the basis of the result of the monitoring, controls a gate line driver (71), adjusting either the gate on-off timing of a thin-film transistor (72) or the energy of a gate-on voltage, etc. As an example, an adjustment is made such that the output value of the charge amp (75) reaches either the smallest gate on-off timing or gate-on voltage.
