Abstract:
Provided is a clinically usable radiolabeled compound which is precisely directable in vivo to a target tissue. The compound comprises either a first polypeptide or an analogue thereof and a second polypeptide bonded to the N terminal thereof. In the compound, the first polypeptide is a polypeptide that specifically combines with a protein which has appeared in the target tissue, and the second polypeptide includes an amino acid region which has a high affinity for radioactive metal nuclides and on which a radioactive metal nuclide having a high affinity for the amino acid region is held.
