Abstract:
The present application provides a radiomics-based survival prediction method and device. The method comprises: acquiring image data of a plurality of patients and survival data of each of the patients; segmenting a tumor region and a sub-region thereof from the image data of each of the patients; extracting image features of the tumor region and the sub-region thereof of each of the patients; removing a redundant feature from the image features of each of the patients to obtain a post-screening image feature of each of the patients; and obtaining, on the basis of the survival and the post-screening image feature of each of the patients, a correlation between the image feature and the survival. The present application segments a tumor region and a sub-region thereof to extract features thereof to obtain a large amount of image features, providing strong support for establishing a relationship between image features and patient survival.
