Abstract:
Disclosed is a radiosensitivity-enhancing agent. Specifically disclosed
is a radiosensitivity-enhancing agent comprising a recombinant virus having
a replication cassette integrated into the E1 region of the viral genome, wherein
the replication cassette has a human telomerase promoter, an E1A gene, an IRES
sequence and an E1B gene in this order.
