The embodiment of the present application provides a radiotherapy dose determination method, apparatus, and storage medium, and relates to the technical field of medical information, the method comprising the steps: performing three-dimensional grid division of a simulation region to obtain a plurality of voxels; and performing a parallel Monte Carlo simulation on a plurality of sampled particles in a simulation area to obtain a simulation result of the plurality of particles; and determining the deposition dose of each voxel according to the simulation result. In the present application, the time consumption of determining the radiotherapy dose in the entire radiotherapy simulation process is effectively shortened and the Monte Carlo simulation efficiency is improved.
