Abstract:
This rail-guided carrier system (3) comprises a traveling rail (9) and a traveling carrier (7) that travels along the traveling rail (9). The rail-guided carrier system (3) comprises a sensor (21) and a diagnosis device (17). The sensor (21) is fixedly provided at a position with respect to the traveling rail (9) and measures vibration or sound. The diagnosis device (17) diagnoses, on the basis of the measurement data measured by the sensor (21), the state of the traveling carrier (7) that has passed through a measurement point corresponding to the installation position of the sensor (21) on the traveling rail (9).
