Abstract:
A rail spike anchoring agent and a preparation method therefor. The rail spike anchoring agent comprises a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein component A comprises an unsaturated polyester, a cobalt salt and triethylenediamine, component B is an appropriate amount of a pasty organic peroxide, and component C is a mixture of quartz sand and polyvinyl chloride particles. In an environment with a temperature of -20°C to +35°C, component A, component B and component C are mixed and reacted to prepare the rail spike anchoring agent. When the rail spike anchoring agent is used for anchoring spikes, a relatively high tensile strength and compressive strength can be achieved quickly within a wider temperature range, and the efficiency of railway rush repairs and daily maintenance is effectively improved.
