Abstract:
A rail transit system (1), comprising: rails (10) provided with an escape way (11); a rail vehicle (20) comprising a vehicle body (22) and a plurality of bogies (21). The plurality of bogies (21) movably straddles the rails (10) separately. The vehicle body (22) is connected to the plurality of bogies (21) and is drawn by the plurality of bogies (21) to travel along the rails (10). The vehicle body (22) comprises a plurality of carriages (23) hingedly connected in sequence in the length direction of the rails (10). At least one bogie (21) is provided at one of the bottom of each carriage (23) and a position where adjacent carriages (23) are hingedly connected to one another. The rail transit system facilitates evacuating passengers in an emergency, and features low costs, small occupied space, small weight borne by rails, and good stability.
