A vehicle end energy absorption structure for a rail vehicle, comprising a mounting panel (11), a fixing plate (12), an energy absorption mechanism (13), a guide mechanism (14), and an anti-climbing device (15). The energy absorption mechanism (13) comprises multiple energy absorption boxes (131); each energy absorption box (131) has one end fixedly mounted on the mounting panel (11), and the other end fixedly mounted on the fixing plate (12); the anti-climbing device (15) is fixedly mounted on the end of the fixing plate (12) facing away from the mounting panel (11), and the anti-climbing device (15) is provided with multiple anti-climbing teeth (151) at the end facing away from the mounting panel (11); the end of the guide mechanism (14) facing away from the mounting panel (11) passes through the fixing plate (12) to be then fixedly connected to the anti-climbing device (15), and the other end of the guide mechanism (14) facing away from the fixing plate (12) passes through the mounting panel (11). The vehicle end energy absorption structure can experience stable, orderly, and controllable deformation when a collision occurs, thereby achieving a passive safety protection function of a rail vehicle, and improving the operating safety of the rail vehicle.
