Abstract:
A rail vehicle obstacle-free access system and a rail vehicle having said system, the rail vehicle obstacle-free access system comprising a bridge plate device (5) that is provided at a vehicle door position, the bridge plate device (5) comprising: a telescopic device (11), the telescopic device (11) being movably provided within a groove of the floor of the vehicle door position; a top plate (14), that covers an upper end surface of the groove and is flush with a treading surface of the floor of the vehicle door position; a driving device (13), that is used for driving the telescopic device (11) to move so as to extend out from a side surface opening of the groove or to retract; and a control device, that is used for controlling the driving device (13) to work. The present invention has a simple structure, is convenient to operate, and can provide safer guarantee for access of a rail vehicle, achieving the goal of additionally providing a tram with a green passage for the disabled, and facilitating maintenance and usage.
