Abstract:
A railroad car platform (1) comprises: an axle box (6); a platform frame (3); a pair of rubber suspension springs (7a, 7b), one end side whereof being attached to lateral faces (61a, 61b) of the axle box (6), and another end side whereof being attached to the platform frame (3); a pair of axle box-side support members (8a, 8b) which are disposed respectively on the lower parts of both lateral faces (61a, 61b) of the axle box (6), and which support the rubber suspension springs (7a, 7b) when the attachment between the rubber suspension springs (7a, 7b) and the platform frame (3) and the axle box (6) comes undone; and a pair of axle box-side latch members (9a, 9b) which are respectively detachably disposed on the upper part of the axle box (6), and which latch the one end-side upper parts of the rubber suspension springs (7a, 7b) when the attachment between the rubber suspension springs (7a, 7b) and the platform frame (3) and the axle box (6) comes undone.
