Abstract:
This railroad vehicle (100) comprises an underframe (10) having an end beam (11) at the end in the vehicle longitudinal direction, a side structure (20), and a roof structure (30); the railroad vehicle also comprising a side outer plate (21) that constitutes the side structure (20) and is provided to both ends in the vehicle width direction, a corner post (40) extending from the end beam (11) toward the roof structure (30), and an intermediate connecting member (50) which connects the side outer plate (21) and the corner post (40) and which is less rigid in the vehicle longitudinal direction than in the vertical direction.
