Abstract:

Provided is a railway vehicle anomaly detection device that is capable, when anomalous vibration occurs in a vehicle, of assessing where in the vehicle the anomaly causing the vibration is present. The anomaly detection device acquires vibration data and operation data, such as travel position, travel speed, and occupancy rate, for at least two railway vehicles, analyzes the acquired vibration data and operation data, identifies whether the railway vehicle is in a normal state or an anomalous state, and assesses vibration anomaly factors in the railway vehicle on the basis of comparison results for vibration data for the vehicle in the normal state and vibration data for the vehicle in the anomalous state.
