Abstract:
In the present invention, a primary circuit (12) and a secondary circuit (13) each have a switching element, and each operate as an electric power converting circuit while the switching element is driven, and each operate as a rectifier circuit while the switching element is stopped. While a power generator (3) provided at the primary side of a first electric power converting device (11) is stopped, a control unit (17) drives the switching element of the secondary circuit (13) and stops the switching element of the primary circuit (12). Accordingly, the first electric power converting device (11) coverts electric power inputted from the secondary side and supplies electric power for operating the power generator (3). While the power generator (3) is operated, the control unit (17) drives the switching element of the primary circuit (12) and stops the switching element of the secondary circuit (13). Accordingly, the first electric power converting device (11) coverts electric power supplied from the power generator (3) and outputs the electric power to the secondary side.
