Abstract:
This railway vehicle control device controls a plurality of main motors provided in a train formation. The railway vehicle control device is provided with a control command input unit in which a control command is inputted; and a torque command determination unit which, when a required torque based on the control command inputted in the control command input unit is less than a maximum value, determines torque commands for the plurality of main motors so as to cause the torque of a specific main motor among the plurality of main motors to be less than the torques of the rest of the main motors.
