Disclosed is a railway vehicle locomotive structure comprising a vehicle main structure (1), a locomotive anti-collision structure (2) and a rail anchor (3). In the longitudinal direction of the railway vehicle, the locomotive is divided into a safety zone, a secondary deformation zone and a principal deformation zone, of which the strength against a longitudinal load is in a decreasing gradation, wherein the safety zone is the vehicle main structure (1), and comprises a passenger compartment area and a driver seat area; the secondary deformation zone is an area between a driver cabin front door and a rail anchor installation plate (251), and comprises the locomotive anti-collision structure (2) and a rail anchor installation structure (25); the principal deformation zone comprises a driver cabin floor panel (23) and the rail anchor (3) located in front of the rail anchor installation plate (251); a first-stage stop structure is provided between the secondary deformation zone and the principal deformation zone, and a second-stage stop structure is provided between the safety zone and the secondary deformation zone, thereby making the vehicle deform and absorb energy in a controllable and ordered manner, obtaining a good safety performance.
