Abstract:
Disclosed are a rain sensor and a mower. The rain sensor (100) comprises a first electrode structure (1), a second electrode structure (2) and a water collection structure (3); the second electrode structure (2) surrounds the periphery of the first electrode structure (1) and is spaced apart from the first electrode structure (1); and the water collection structure (3) is connected to the first electrode structure (1) and the second electrode structure (2), and has a water collection tank (31) for containing a conductive liquid, and when a conductive liquid is contained in the water collection tank (31), the first electrode structure (1) is in connection with the second electrode structure (2). When rainwater is collected in the water collection tank (31), the first electrode structure (1) can be in connection with the second electrode structure (2), so that a control system is triggered to control a walking mechanism to walk; the triggering is more sensitive, and the mower can travel to a fixed place in time for rain sheltering, thereby prolonging the service life of the mower effectively; and the mower can also be prevented from slipping which causes damage to the lawn due to the wetness thereof, thereby protecting the lawn.
