Abstract:
Disclosed are a Raman spectrometer sample stage and a detecting method thereof. The Raman spectrometer sample stage comprises: a casing (10) for supporting the whole sample stage and provided with an opening at the upper end, the upper end opening of the casing (10) being provided with a platform (20) for having a glass slide (1) placed thereon; a first magnet (30) and a second magnet (40) connected to the casing (10), and arranged vertically opposite each other for generating a vertical magnetic field, the first magnet (30) and the second magnet (40) being located above and below the platform (20) respectively; and an upper cover (50) connected to the casing (10), arranged above the first magnet (30) and used for covering the whole sample stage. The Raman spectrometer sample stage can generate a vertical magnetic field in the area of a sample, facilitating the research of the effect of the vertical magnetic field on the Raman spectrum of the sample.
