The present invention relates to a ramen discharge unit of a pressure ramen cooker and, more specifically, to a ramen discharge unit of a pressure ramen cooker, the ramen discharge unit automatically discharging ramen cooked in a pressure cooking vessel. In the ramen discharge unit of the pressure ramen cooker, the cooking vessel and a compression chamber installed in a main frame are coupled to each other to cook ramen in the cooking vessel in a pressurizing manner, and the ramen discharge unit installed on the main frame discharges the cooked ramen. The ramen discharge unit comprises: a discharge frame including a base plate and side plates which extend upward from opposite sides of the base plate and to which guide plates having guide recesses are attached to the outer side surfaces thereof; a vessel discharge unit installed on the base plate; a discharge guide installed on the bottom surface of the base plate and allowing the discharge frame to be discharged while moving back and forth; and a guide bar which is installed on the main frame and guides the discharge guide to be inserted therein and movable back and forth.
