Abstract:
The present application belongs to the field of mobile communications. Disclosed are a random access resource configuration method, an apparatus, a terminal, and a network side device. The random access resource configuration method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal receiving first configuration information from a network side device, the first configuration information being used for configuring a first RO resource set and/or a second RO resource set for random access signal retransmission; the terminal determining an association relationship between RO resources in the first RO resource set and/or the second RO resource set; and, according to the association relationship of the RO resources, the terminal determining N RO resources for performing random access signal retransmission N times, the first RO resource set comprising at least one of the following: an RO resource of a 4-step RACH, an RO resource of a 2-step RACH, and an RO resource for Msg3 retransmission, and the second RO resource set comprising a dedicated RO resource for random access signal retransmission.
