Abstract:
Disclosed are a random access response sending method and receiving method, and an apparatus, a base station, a terminal device and a storage medium. The sending method comprises: receiving at least one random access preamble; in response to the received at least one random access preamble, generating at least one random access response (RAR); and allocating the at least one RAR to a transport block carried by at least one physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). Therefore, in the present application, different random access responses are distributed in different transport blocks on a base station side, such that the size of a transport block transmitted by a base station to a terminal side is reduced, and the monitoring time of each terminal is reduced, thereby reducing the power overheads of the terminal, and improving the effect of coverage enhancement.
