Abstract:
A range hood, comprising a front dynamic filter screen (22), which is provided on an output shaft of a double shaft motor (2) and which is located between a centrifugal wind wheel (3) and a concave edge (231) of a front oil guide ring (23). The distance between the concave edge (231) of the front oil guide ring (23) and the centrifugal wind wheel (3) is L1, and the value of the distance ΔL1 from the front dynamic filter screen (21) to the centrifugal wind wheel (3) is [0.45L1, 0.85L1]. When the range hood is in operation, air carrying soot that is suctioned by the front oil guide ring (23) is guided by the concave edge (231) of the front oil guide ring (23) and then impacts the front dynamic filter screen (21). Part of the air is blocked by a dynamic filter screen (21, 22) and moves around the dynamic filter screen (21, 22) along the surface of the dynamic filter screen (21, 22). The air moving along the surface of the dynamic filter screen (21, 22) continuously enters a volute (1) by means of the dynamic filter screen (21, 22) during movement, and finally a certain amount of air passes through a gap between the front dynamic filter screen (21) and an inner wall of the front oil guide ring (23). The value of the distance ΔL1 from the front dynamic filter screen to the centrifugal wind wheel is [0.45L1, 0.85L1]. The volume of air passing between the front dynamic filter screen (21) and the inner wall of the front oil guide ring (23) may be adjusted, thereby reducing the noise generated by the front dynamic filter screen (21).
