Abstract:
A Rankine cycle (101) in which a cooling-water boiler (112), a waste-gas boiler (113), an expander (114), a condenser (115), and a pump (111) are provided sequentially along a refrigerant circulation path. Said Rankine cycle (101) is also provided with the following: a pressure sensor (131) that measures the pressure of the refrigerant at the entrance to the expander (114); a cooling-water temperature sensor (132) that measures the temperature of cooling water flowing into the cooling-water boiler (112); a bypass channel (3) and flow control valve (130) that regulate the pressure of the refrigerant at the entrance to the expander (114); and an ECU (140) that controls said flow control valve (130). Said ECU (140) computes a target pressure that is less than or equal to the saturated vapor pressure of the refrigerant at the cooling-water temperature measured by the cooling-water temperature sensor (132) and controls the flow control valve (130) so as to bring the pressure measured by the abovementioned pressure sensor (131) to the aforementioned target pressure.
