Abstract:
This Rankine cycle (31) is provided with a coolant pump (32), a heat exchanger (36), an expander (37) and a condenser (38). This Rankine cycle (31) shares the condenser (38) and a coolant with the refrigeration cycle of an air conditioner. A coolant path connected to the outlet of the condenser (38) branches at a refrigeration cycle branch point (45) and connects to the coolant pump (32) and an evaporator (55) in the refrigeration cycle. When operating this Rankine cycle, a compressor (52) in the refrigeration cycle is driven without requiring operation of the air conditioner.
