Abstract:
A rapid coal sample testing method, comprising: heating a coal sample, and then firing the coal sample; weighing residues after ashing of the coal sample, and calculating the mass fraction of the mass of the residues in the mass of the coal sample to obtain sample information; collecting the sample information to obtain a sample information set, and enabling the coal sample to have one-to-one correspondence to the sample information; analyzing the sample information set, and performing accuracy calculation and precision calculation; and obtaining a coal sample test result, and importing the coal sample test result into the sample information set. According to the method, human and device factors are excluded, and the reasonable change of the quality of coal is determined, so that it is not needed to re-use an industrial analysis instrument for measurement, a data anomaly condition can be determined more rapidly, and it is decided whether there is a need to use the industrial analysis instrument for re-measurement, and thus, the test time is reduced, the data accuracy is ensured, and the repeated invalid enabling of the industrial analysis instrument is avoided.
