Abstract:
A rapid defogging optical device, relating to the technical field of vehicle-mounted cameras. The rapid defogging optical device comprises: a mounting lens frame (1) configured to have a cylindrical structure; a first lens (2) mounted at an end of a through hole of the mounting lens frame (1), the surface of the first lens (2) that faces the mounting lens frame (1) and/or the periphery of the first lens (2) being coated with an electric heating layer (3); and a conductive element (4) and a power supply module (5), wherein one end of the conductive element (4) is electrically connected to the electric heating layer (3) by means of conductive adhesive (6), and the other end of the conductive element (4) is electrically connected to the power supply module (5); and the power supply module (5) supplies power to the electric heating layer (3) to allow the electric heating layer (3) to generate heat, and when the electric heating layer (3) generates heat, the heat is transferred to the first lens (2). The rapid defogging optical device can quickly and effectively solve the problem of water vapor condensation on the first lens (2), while avoiding deformation of the first lens (2) caused by welding at high temperature.
