Abstract:
A rapid heating wide range thermogravimetric analyzer comprises a weighing system (1), a reaction system (2), a heating system (3), and a control system (4). The weighing system (1) comprises a base cabinet (11) and an electronic balance (12). The reaction system (2) comprises a sample holder, a sample holding screen (27), a high-temperature corundum tube (22), and a thermocouple (23) for measuring a sample temperature. The heating system (3) comprises an automatic lifting device (31), a cooling water protection device (33), a lower thermal insulation layer (34), a high-temperature heating furnace (35), an upper thermal insulation layer (36), and a sealing cover (37). The control system (4) is used to control the volume of an air inflow, the volume of flowing water in the cooling water protection device (33), the furnace temperature of the high-temperature furnace (35) and the increase and decrease thereof, and to record data of the mass of a sample, the temperature of a sample, the volume of the air inflow, and the volume of flowing water in real time. The thermogravimetric analyzer has a small pile-up effect and closely reflects actual working conditions. The analyzer has a stable electronic balance (12), achieves a rapid increase in temperature, and obtains accurate mass and temperature data by means of wide range sample isothermal measurement. The invention is stable, has minimal errors, is easy to operate and features a simple structure.
