Abstract:
A rapid high-temperature steam generator comprises a water boiling cavity (1) and a secondary heating cavity (2). A water inlet (4) is disposed on a side of the water boiling cavity (1). A steam outlet pipe (3) is connected at an upper end of the secondary heating cavity (2). A steam inlet (8) is disposed at a connection between the secondary heating cavity (2) and the water boiling cavity (1). A steam pipeline (9) is disposed inside the steam outlet pipe (3). A heat generation tube (5) is disposed at a lower portion of the water boiling cavity (1). A steam pipe (6) is disposed inside the secondary heating cavity (2), an upper end of the steam pipe (6) is connected to the steam pipeline (9), and lower end is connected to the steam inlet (8). A secondary heat generation tube (7) is disposed on the steam pipe (6). The secondary heat generation tube (7) has a bending form. The secondary heat generation tube (7) is holding the steam pipe (6). The secondary heat generation tube (7) is connected to the steam pipe (6) to form an integral structure.
