Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a rapid-infiltration and quick-setting high polymer material, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The rapid-infiltration and quick-setting high polymer material comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises a high-activity isocyanate and a viscosity-reducing retarder, the component B comprises a high-activity polyol/amine, a reactive solvent and a plasticizer, and the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 10 : 90 to 90 : 10. The rapid-infiltration and quick-setting high polymer material has the characteristics of low viscosity, rapid curing, high strength and good environmental adaptability; the initial viscosity of the rapid-infiltration and quick-setting high polymer material after mixing is as low as 10 mPa.s; curing can be achieved within 5 minutes to 2 hours after mixing; the mechanical properties thereof after curing are good: the compressive strength is ≥10 MPa, the breaking strength is ≥5 MPa, and the tensile strength is ≥2 MPa; and due to the unique high reaction activity and solvent shielding effect thereof, the material can be cured in a wide temperature range of -20ºC to 50ºC and in severe environments such as humid and underwater environments.
