Abstract:
A rapid masonry mortar distribution apparatus, comprising a main frame body (11) and a walking structure (12), wherein the main frame body (11) comprises two side walls (13) which are vertically provided and spaced from each other, and a bottom wall (14) and a top wall (15) that are respectively connected between the two side walls (13); slurry scraping sheets (32) capable of vertically rotating are respectively connected to inner side surfaces of the two side walls (13); each of the slurry scraping sheets (32) is elastically pressed towards a symmetrical surface direction of the two side walls (13) by means of an elastic piece (16); the bottom wall (14) is a triangle of which the thickness is gradually reduced from back to front, the front end of the triangle is a tip end (17), and a lower surface (18) of the bottom wall (14) is a horizontal plane in a horizontal direction, and an upper surface (19) is an inclined plane; the top wall (15) comprises a front wall section (20) and a rear wall section (21); a mortar supply channel (22) is formed between the rear wall section (21) and the upper surface (19) of the bottom wall (14); and the front wall section (20) and the two side walls (13) are enclosed together to form a mortar falling chamber (23) having a downward opening. The mortar distribution apparatus completes mortar supplying, falling and scraping and thickness control in one step, and has high efficiency of mortar distribution.
