Abstract:
Disclosed is a rapid position switching device of heat exchanger tooling, the device involving: at least two first engagement portions (5) are arranged on a first fixing block (2); a first connection arm (4) is provided with a second engagement portion (6); the first connection arm (4) and a first rotation base (3) slide relatively; when the first rotation base (3) drives the first connection arm (4) to rotate, the second engagement portion (6) of the first connection arm (4) is separated from each of the first engagement portions (5) of the first fixing block (2); and when the first connection arm (4) and the first rotation base (3) slide relatively, the first rotation base (3) drives the second engagement portion (6) of the first connection arm (4) to be engaged with the different first engagement portions (5) on the first fixing block (2). Moreover, a locking device comprising the above structure can realize the adjustment of a locking space, such that the locking device can lock fins of different thickness dimensions; and the locking device is convenient to operate, thereby effectively improving the universality and the production efficiency of a tube expander.
