Abstract:
Provided are a rapid pouring and hoisting device and an operation method thereof. The device comprises: a mast crane; a mast crane hoisting hook is connected to a primary hoisting point of a fabric belt conveyor apparatus; a climbing rack frame and a climbing rack are arranged on a mast crane foundation; the fabric belt conveyor apparatus comprises a telescoping belt conveyor and a swing fabric belt conveyor, and a belt conveyor tail frame at an end portion of the telescoping belt conveyor has a pinion disposed thereon and is driven by a motor; a pull rod is arranged on a truss of the telescoping belt conveyor; a rotary hoisting lug is arranged at the upper end of the pull rod and is connected to a connecting hoisting lug by means of a pull cable; a first hopper is arranged on the telescoping belt conveyor; a second hopper is arranged on the swing fabric belt conveyor; and the second hopper is rotationally mounted at the lower end of the first hopper and is driven to rotate by a rotary mechanism. The device and the operation method thereof provide an enhanced pouring range, achieve continuous pouring, and improve pouring efficiency.
