Abstract:
Disclosed is a rapid railway auxiliary beam transporting and erecting trailer, the trailer comprising a suspension part trailer (6), a transmission part trailer (7), a suspension part (16) and a transmission part (17), wherein the suspension part (16) includes four parts, i.e. a control part (1), a hanging part (2), a power traction part (3), and a reaction frame (4); the transmission part (17) includes two parts, i.e. a horizontal transmission machine (8) and a reaction force baffle (14); a bottom plate of the suspension part trailer (6) is thickened to form a counterweight part (5); and a sliding groove (15) is provided in the transmission part trailer (7) to enable the reaction force baffle (14) to slide. A prefabricated finished auxiliary beam (9) is transported by means of the trailer hitched to a head of a shunting locomotive, and the control part (1) coordinates the cable force of slings (10, 11), a bearing reaction of the baffle and a pushing rate so as to achieve the automation of a mounting process of the prefabricated finished auxiliary beam (9). After the prefabricated finished auxiliary beam (9) is steadily mounted in position, the slings (10, 11) are released from the auxiliary beam (9) and the trailer is removed along an existing line.
