Abstract:
A rapid screening method for a retired battery module. Detection is performed based on a battery module, and comprises appearance detection, static voltage detection, consistency detection of a battery cell under a system operating condition, capacitance test of a battery module under a system operating condition, self-discharging consistency detection of a battery cell under a system state and a comprehensive assessment based on a detection result. A battery module satisfying a requirement is screened out. In the present invention, there is no need to disassemble a battery module into battery units, thus greatly reducing the workload caused by battery disassembling; original selection is made by simple appearance detection and static voltage detection under a module state and disqualified products are removed, avoiding the interference of these obviously disqualified products to subsequent detection; detection under an operating condition after a system is assembled not only greatly reduces the workload of detection, but also enables screening to be more effective and satisfy actual scenarios better.
