Abstract:
A rapid stirring machine is provided with a tank 13 for stirring sludge and a flocculant, a drive shaft 16 disposed within the tank 13, and an edged turbine blade 17 attached to the drive shaft 16. The edged turbine blade 17 has turbine blades 20 arranged along a virtual circle with a center point at the axial center of the drive shaft 16 on at least one side out of the front side and back side in the direction of the axial center of the drive shaft 16 and sticking out in the direction of the center axis of the drive shaft 16.
