Abstract:
A rapid tensioning mechanism for a synchronous pulley. The rapid tensioning mechanism comprises an electric actuator module, an electric motor, a motor cover, a tensioning assembly and a jackscrew. In this manner, during tensioning adjustment, a rear cover plate of the motor cover is opened, and a tensioning effect is achieved by directly adjusting the jackscrew outside, such that working hours for disassembly and assembly are saved on, a processing cost is saved on, high efficiency and reduced costs are achieved, and the tensioning problem of a synchronous belt is efficiently and effectively solved.
