Abstract:
A rapid water-heating apparatus dry burning prevention structure and a control method thereof, the structure comprising a rapid water-heating device (5), a heating power supply circuit used for supplying power to the rapid water-heating device (5), a mechanical dry burning prevention circuit, and an electronic dry burning control circuit used for controlling the heating power supply circuit, the mechanical dry burning prevention circuit being connected in series between the rapid water-heating device (5) and the heating power supply circuit; the mechanical dry burning prevention circuit is provided with a temperature controller (6), and the electronic dry burning prevention circuit is provided with a temperature detector (7), the temperature controller (6) and the temperature detector (7) respectively being arranged on the surface of the rapid water-heating device (5). Using the rapid response of the temperature detector (7), the instant that the rapid water-heating device (5) nears a dry burning temperature, the temperature detector (7) immediately transmits a signal to the control circuit and, by means of the control circuit rapidly issuing a power cut-off command, protection of the rapid water-heating device (5) is implemented even when the temperature controller (6) has not yet reacted; the temperature controller (6) is a secondary power cut-off apparatus, increasing the reliability of dry burning prevention.
