Abstract:
The present invention provides a rapping device for a heat exchanger, comprising: a driving cylinder connectedly provided to a housing of the heat exchanger so as to be rotatable in a vertical direction; a driving connection part rotating so as to correspond to the operation of the driving cylinder, and provided with a hooking bar at one side thereof; and a hammer part connectedly provided to the housing so as to be rotatable in a vertical direction, and at one side of which a hooking groove selectively hooked by the hooking bar is provided, wherein the hammer part rotates correspondingly with an upward rotation of the hooking bar and, while the hooking state with the hooking bar is released, rotates downward in free-fall state to hit a part to be hit of the housing. As stated above, the rapping device for the heat exchanger is provided with the driving cylinder and the hammer part at the housing of the heat exchanger so as to be rotatable in a vertical direction, and the driving force generated at the driving cylinder is transmitted to the hammer part through the driving connection part. Here, the hammer part rotates upward only with respect to a radius in which the rotating track of the hooking bar of the driving connection part overlaps with that of the hooking groove of the hammer part, and the hammer part rotates downward in a free-fall state at a point in which the rotating track changes so as to hit the part to be hit of the heat exchanger, thereby separating dust and various foreign material from the rapping part, and thus enables stable rapping in a high temperature or dusty environment.
