Abstract:
Provided is a noble method which can automatically and reliably interpret an extremely rare and fatal event in an objective series. A histogram calculation unit receives N past parameters and N past evaluation values, and calculates a histogram where an evaluation value is depicted as a class and the number of parameters in each class is depicted as a frequency. A random number distribution defining unit defines, on the calculated histogram, a random number distribution for generating N parameters to be used for N number of simulations in a current test such that random numbers are obtained which give a histogram in which a frequency of parameters in each class, which is a threshold value or greater determined for the classes of the histogram, is greater than that of the parameters in each class, which is the threshold value or smaller. A parameter generation unit generates each parameter to be used for each simulation in the current test on the basis of the defined random number distribution.
