Claims

(3)pipes of freezing are provided by freezing chips in appropriate width on both sides to increase the freezing and what follow it of ( freezing sets - freezing equipments - rods and latches which segments move on) .

(5)Machines of breaking and pumping the broken ice . the machines are strong and fixed on these rooms for breaking and pumping the ice from the bottom of the segments to the top to helping the freezing the water in the river in the distance of segments .

when dangers happen to the dams then the traditional solution is making exits by the sides of the dams to convert the trend of the water or making huge pillars to the dam's body or revetments of dust or dumping blocks of concrete by any way .

usually the dams are build in the narrower region of the river's flow and the firmer place so it's preferred to construct dams in rocky areas . we provide the Rashed system behind the dam which is segments of cooling horizontal or vertical , repeated by the water level and that to convert water to ice for appropriate distance behind the dam and also making it stay in several section's that moves on rods and they will be consecrated in gabs on both sides of the river and there is number of rooms on both sides of the river these rooms are in-depth of the river , they work on producing the ice from special processed material over them strong machines to bode and pumping the ice on the segments to accelerate the freezing .
