Abstract:
A ratchet wrench comprises a head (1), a handle (2), a gear part (3) and a brake assembly, wherein the gear part (3) and the brake assembly are located in the head (1). A through hole (11) is formed in the head, an upper stopper (6) and a lower stopper (7) are fixed to two ends of the through hole respectively, and an accommodating space for accommodating the gear part and the brake assembly is formed by the upper stopper, the lower stopper and the through hole. The brake assembly comprises a middle control block (43) and a left brake piece and a right brake piece (41, 42) that are located on two sides of the middle control block, springs (51, 52) are pressed between the left brake piece and the lateral surface of the through hole as well as between the right brake piece and the lateral surface of the through hole, and the end portions of the left brake piece and the right brake piece clamp the gear part from the left side and the right side respectively. The ratchet wrench is convenient to machine, assemble and disassemble and the parts of the ratchet wrench are convenient to replace, so that the service life of the wrench is prolonged, the wrench is easy for mass production, and the production efficiency is improved.
