Abstract:
A raw fabric roll packing box, which is used for packing a raw fabric roll (13) of a sheet (7), is constructed in a substantially rectangular box form comprising a bottom wall (2), a pair of first side walls (3, 4) opposed to each other in a direction substantially orthogonal to the direction of axis of the raw fabric roll (13), a pair of second side walls (5) opposed to each other in the direction of axis of the raw fabric roll (13), and an upper wall (6) foldably connected to the upper side of the first side wall (3), wherein each second side wall (5) is formed with an opening serving as a bearing (9) that supports the pay-out shaft (8) of the raw fabric roll (13) at the time of pay-out of the sheet (7). With the arrangement thus formed, there is no need to separately receive members for supporting the pay-out shaft (8) on both sides of the raw fabric roll (13), so that the raw fabric roll (13) can be simply packaged and the packaging box can be constructed in a compact form.
