Abstract:
A raw material rinsing device for minced fillet processing that can clean scum, comprising a base (1) and a barrel body (2), wherein the barrel body (2) is welded and connected above the base (1). The raw material rinsing device further comprises: a fixing plate (3), which is disposed above the barrel body (2), a hydraulic cylinder (4) being mounted on an outer wall of the barrel body (2) by means of a bolt, an output end of the hydraulic cylinder (4) being connected to the fixing plate (3), and a cover plate (5) being disposed on the inner side of the fixing plate (3); a drain tube (10), one end of which is fixed to the bottom portion of the barrel body (2); and a fishing plate (15), the top end of which is connected to the fixing plate (3). In the raw material rinsing device for minced fillet processing that can clean scum, the bottom portion of the drain tube (10) is connected to a storage box (11), the storage box (11) comprises a box cover (25), a filter screen (27) is provided in the interior of the storage box (11), and the storage box (11) and the box cover (25) are engaged with one another by means of a positioning plate, so as to facilitate disassembly and assembly operations between the box cover (25) and the storage box (11); and therefore, when wastewater passes through the storage box (11), impurities that have precipitated in the wastewater may be intercepted, thereby improving the usage efficiency of the device.
